Cyberbyte April - Cyber Spring Clean Your Personal Accounts

Hello and I trust this emails finds you well.

Please find attached Aprils' Cyberbyte.

This month we look at decluttering, doing a clear out, refreshing our internet connected devices and online accounts.

I suppose, for example, if you were to check your personal email inbox and deleted items, you will find emails that are that are opened, answered and then left, others are perhaps trying to sell you some kind of service or product such as these annoying junk emails we all of a sudden seem to receive. Even checking old email accounts, as many of us have them, is a good idea as there will also be some personal information stored there.

It is good practice to clear out old emails and others you just want to get rid of and finding time to do this is often the barrier but doing a little often is a great way to overcome that.

It is the same with our data and files we have. We all have important data on our devices and it is important to store that and save it securely in a way that is convenient for us to access and this months’ article - in the attachment below - will also help with that and other aspects.

In the meantime, please feel free to share this Cyberbyte with family, friends and colleagues.

Kind regards,

Gordy.
