Officers in Stonehaven are appealing for information following a break-in to a property on Bridgefield Terrace. The incident happened between 2.20pm and 6pm on Monday 29 December. Constable Natalie McKinnie said ‘I would ask anyone with information or private CCTV footage regarding this incident to contact us. We advise residents to consider their home security especially during the shorter daylight hours and darker nights. Keep windows and doors locked, even when you are at home and consider installing CCTV and security lighting.’ Anyone with information is asked to contact 101 quoting reference CR/0546233/25.
